About us.

Eldon exists outside the fashion cycle. We don't follow seasons or chase trends. We make things that last, and we always have. We believe that true quality needs no reinvention. It simply needs to be done properly, with the right materials, the right people, and the patience to get it right. That is what we bring to every garment we make.

Eldon is for those who value the enduring over the disposable. Who understand that something made well, made honestly, and made to last is always worth the investment.

Origins.

Eldon began on Portobello Road.

In 1997, Ann Beatty opened a small red cashmere shop on one of London's most beloved streets, built on a simple belief. That beautiful things, made properly, by people who care, are worth seeking out. Over the years that followed, Ann built relationships with small, independently owned mills across the Scottish Borders, a region with centuries of knitting heritage, and with customers who returned year after year for pieces made to last.

In 2020, that knowledge became something new. Mother and daughter joined forces, and Eldon London was born, a young brand carrying an old story that has grown since in range, in reach and in ambition.

Eldon is made in partnership with small, independent mills, chosen for their skill and their care, and held to the same exacting standards Ann set from the very beginning.
